A friend of mine came up with the idea of using oyster bags; he stopped using them because of the slag in the mesh. I found putting in a piece of support wood in the centre did the trick. Also there is a bit of plywood at the bottom as to stop any robbers trying to get in, as the holes are 4 mills not the 3 mill that would usually be too small for the robber bees. I used pallet wood sawn in half and one floor did not cost more than 1 euro, not the 25 Euros they cost in the shop.

I am going to make the next lot with a slot as to accommodate the board for easy removal.
